Japan Hydrogen Fund (JHF) is a global investment fund dedicated to decarbonizing "hard-to-abate" sectors by investing in global infrastructure and technologies that accelerate the transition to carbon neutrality — including but not limited to hydrogen, ammonia, e-fuels.
Mandated by the Japan Hydrogen Association (JH2A), a cross-sector organization with over 500 leading Japanese corporations and municipalities, JHF provides a unique Japan-rooted platform to support global clean hydrogen investments.
As of March 2025, JHF has raised USD 460 million. The fund is managed by Advantage Partners (AP), a leading Japanese private equity firm with over 30 years of investment experience and a track record of USD 5B+ across 100+ transactions globally.
