Our products are sold in major and independent retailers Australia Wide. Including David Jones and Harvey Norman for Herington products and Big W, and Spotlight for Jaspa products. We do not sell directly to public as we operate on a wholesale basis.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing or materials faults or defects. In the event of a fault or defect, each faulty product will need to be assessed on an individual basis. Our guarantee doesn’t cover general wear and tear and for a guarantee to be honoured, care instructions must have been followed.
