Javabots 5218 is an all-girls FTC robotics team based in Pasadena, CA. Under FIRST robotics, the First Tech Challenge (FTC) is a competition where different teams build robots meant to complete task under a game. Incentivizing engineering process, problem solving, teamwork, and collaboration, FIRST robotics allows us students to use STEM. Encompassing students from 12 different districts, we come together weekly to build robots because of our passion for robotics, engineering, and STEM. As we ourselves consist of diverse individuals, we like to reach out and connect with different communities our well, open to connect with anyone and everyone. We aim to spark creativity and curiosity within individuals using STEM, sharing and sustaining our passion with everyone.
