During Q3, 2015 the company was acquired by Capacitee LTD, making it the GCC's 1st Employment Solutions Lab and the global headquarters was permanently moved into the Kingdom of Bahrain with it's existing worldwide offices consolidated under the Capacitee trademarked brands of Spark Capacitee, 1GCC, Gamified Capacitee and Engaged Capacitee.
