Jay Nepal Action Volunteers is an action-based humanitarian organization – with no political and religious basis - officially registered as an NGO in Nepal, with a sister NGO registered in Italy.
JNAV started his actions after 2015 April earthquake in Nepal under Mr Alberto Luzzi lead and commitment.to respond to that devastating event.
After months of rescue corps activities in Kathmandu and surroundings mobilizing nepali and international volunteers by a Facebook page, a broader intent became stronger and stronger: to support rural communities to raise again after the earthquake and to create a sustainable environment which will sustain their growth in the long run.

"We connect, activate and empower socially disadvantaged individuals and communities in rural villages and remote areas, to help them reach a standard of living and quality of life befitting to the dignity all human beings deserve."
Our work in rural Nepal:
In Nepal we work to make the poor and extremely marginalized indigenous community of Majhi people, to prosper and develop while respecting human life and the natural surroundings. The Majhi are considered to be very low cast in Nepal, but with a few key projects and most importantly the trust and involvement of the community, the transformation has already begun.
