1 - INSURANCE CONSULTING
As former international CUO, I understand how to successfully lead international commercial lines portfolios. As a co-founder of a start-up, member of the leadership team & commercial lines chapter lead of the Swiss InsurTech Hub and independent consultant, I now help Underwriting and insurance core functions addressing their specific challenges by using latest insurtech technologies / products.
My focus is on increasing efficiency (e.g. automating processes), increasing profit (e.g.risk selection, risk analysis) and growing revenues (e.g. products which add value to the insurer and its customers).
Target clients: CUOs, Underwriting / Claims / Risk Management functions of international commercial lines (re)insurers, Captives, Captive Managers
I work as an external consultant or project manager on an individual mandate basis. Depending on the scope of the mandate, I work on an hourly, daily or projects basis.
2 - NON-EXECUTIVE MANDATES
As former international insurance executive, co-founder of a startup, member of the leadership team of the Swiss InsurTech Hub and board member of a regional bank in Switzerland, I understand how to successfully navigate the Swiss and international Financial Services industry.
I am looking to expand my NED portfolio with additional mandates in the insurance, insurtech and tech industry
Target boards: Insurance companies located in Switzerland, international (re)insurers entering the Swiss market, Captives, Captive Managers, InsurTechs, tech companies.
