China petroleum Jilin Chemical E&C Co.Ltd known as “China No.1 Chemical Engineering & Construction Taskforce”, was established in 1950, which is the earliest enterprises engaged in petroleum chemical in China and build up more than 700 large and medium industrial production plant and medium industrial production plant and construction engineering, creating 11 new records in National Construction. Algeria Adrar Refinery Plant project won the national prize of Overseas Construction Engineering Luban Award.
