Stowarzyszenie "Jeden Świat - SCI Poland has been active in Poznań since 1994 and is the Polish branch of the international organization Service Civil International (SCI). The association's mission is to promote the idea of peace and agreement between people through international and domestic volunteering and educational programs. We believe that all people can live together in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and resolve conflicts without turning to violence. We have had the status of a Public Benefit Organization since 2004. Our main activities: - international short-term volunteering projects (so-called workcamps), - long-term volunteering projects, - global education programs, - workshops, trainings, film screenings, narrative-musical shows and other cultural activities, - publications and educational materials. Since 2018, we are also a Eurodesk Regional Information Point.
