OUR STORY
JENZA is the travel love child of BUNAC and USIT – two OGs of the summer camp and working holiday world. In 2022, we wanted to spread our version of 'the best job to do in your twenties' (aka, the one you don't do at home) to other parts of the world – launching JENZA in Australia and New Zealand in 2023 and globally in 2024.
YOU SHAPED TRAVEL
- Keeping youth voices and concerns at the heart of what we do, we have our own Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) of 17-25 year olds who work with us on everything from product design to colour palettes.
- We donate 5% of profits to our Youth Access Scholarship Fund – because the world's a better place when there are more young people able to experience it.
- Each year we send JENZA roadtesters out to experience and shape our products – because if it doesn't fly with them, it's not going to fly with you.
OUR MISSION
We believe that crossing borders has the power to break down barriers, build cultural connections and bring the world closer together (we also believe in hostel bars and beach days, because life’s all about balance). By earning as you explore with a working holiday, internship or ski season – you'll get to stay out for longer and contribute more. A lower-impact way to see the world – you'll be paying tax dollars, spending in local communities, and connecting with people and places in a more authentic way.

From Manchester to Melbourne, we're a team of 50-odd work(abroad)aholics who work across all four of the JENZA Travel Group brands – JENZA, BUNAC, USIT + SWAP.
