JingGong Machinery is founded in 1997 in Quan Zhou city of China, dedicated to manufacture kinds of compact wheel and crawler excavator, whole pole type sugarcane harvester, multifunctional grabber for sugarcane, wood timber log, wood, bamboo, scrap metal steel, rock stone, sand coal cement powder, pipes, cotton and etc; compact excavator with bucket, forklift, driller, hammer machine; crawler truck for wood transport carrier in the forest wet muddy mountain road.
Our wheel and crawler excavator all controlled in hydraulic piloting 360 degree rotation both for its frame and devices with four wheels driving, option with clutch or automatic transmission. For the timber log grabber loading usage in the forest farming harvest, our wheel excavator also could have option function for liftable cab and retractable forearm which would be much more convenient for sugarcane and log loading.
Based on our hot sales sugarcane loader popular by the farmer all over the world, we found the low efficiency for manual sugarcane harvester is big problem, the daily production is around only 1-1.2T per day and it would be more less even in the rainy days. After years technical improved, our new model whole pole type intelligent sugarcane harvester land market in the end of 2014 and daily production could be around 60-100T cane. It not only cut the whole pole cane without damaged, and also clean the cane leaves fully so that we could make sure harvest the clean whole pole cane from the farm. Compare with the cutter harvester in the current market, our harvester could reduce the sugar evaporation, bacterial infection, cane leaves remnant problems. And most of all, our whole pole type sugarcane harvester cost is only around 1/3 than the cutter sugarcane harvester.
