I love the satisfaction of watching things grow from the care of me and being able to do it successfully. Also the average aged farmer according to the USDA census is 65 years old. When a business industry reaches an average of 30 years of age, it’s considered heading towards extinction. I want to educate consumers about healthier foods and the benefits of knowing what you are really eating. I want to spread the education of agriculture and have everyone have their own garden or raise their own chickens for eggs.
