The firm was established in 1965 and since then has been rendering various professional services in the field of Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation, Company Law Matters, FERA/ FEMA and other related services to the Indian as well as Overseas Clients. The firm at present has six partners and an audit staff of 50 audit assistants including eight Qualified Chartered Accountants. It offers a wide range of professional services. The Firm is on the panel of Auditors maintained by: Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) for Audits of Public Sector Undertakings, Insurance Companies etc.; Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for Audit of branches of Public Sector Banks, Statutory, Central and Branch Audits of Regional Rural banks and other Authorities; and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Delhi for audit of Co-operative Societies.
