My name is Jon and I am an occupational therapist, personal trainer, yoga teacher, running coach, health coach, and ergonomist with 13+ years of experience working with individuals of varying age, ability, and goals. I consistently aim to take a holistic approach when collaborating with clients by implementing a combination of personal training and health coaching to facilitate positive outcomes and a more streamlined pathway towards their health / fitness goals. Personal training, health coaching, and injury prevention / management services are available virtually, several onsite locations, and in client homes / outdoors in Charlestown, Boston, and surrounding areas (within 20 miles). Partner (2 People) Sessions
-Partner Training (75 minutes): $205
-Partner Training (60 minutes): $175
-Partner Training (45 minutes): $155
*Travel Fees (Additional fees applied if travel to client is required)
-1 Minute of Travel Time = $1 added to cost of session
