JLMcapital has 2 divisions; Real estate investments and real estate lending. The investment arm of our business focuses on the purchase, disposition, and sale of performing and non-performing securitized debts acquired from secondary markets. JLM Capital is able to offer its clients access to real estate notes at a substantial discount. Thru our mortgage lending and brokerage division, we have the ability to also originate confirming and non conforming 1st lien position mortgages for clients with all credit profiles (NMLS 1403501). JLM Capital also provides short term hard money solutions to investors at higher than normal LTV's (up to 80%). With loan limits up to $15M we are truly a 1 stop shop for the real estate investment community. We are currently providing lending solutions in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington JLM Capital also maintains a multi million dollar portfolio of mortgages (performing and non performing), REO properties, and rental units nationwide. JLM Capital has also been contracted to consult with businesses looking raise capital for ventures including commercial real estate acquisition, business expansion, and overall investment strategy.
