Proposal writer, manager, director, strategist, reviewer, and contributor with 25 years of experience in marketing, business development, proposal development, corporate communications, and writing for environmental, munitions response, radiological, construction, mission support, software, e-learning content design and development, and architectural-engineering (A-E) services.
