The Services We Provide;

The provision for houses of multiple occupation (HMO’s) accommodation for homeless individuals.
Large Multi-Unit Buildings:
The provision of large residential multi-unit accommodation buildings for emergency / temporary housing for greater London local authorities.
Supported Accommodation:
Housing provision to help homeless individuals develop independent daily living skills, and learn how to maintain their own tenancy, with the scope of moving into their own long-term home. We have the expertise in delivering housing and support solutions for vulnerable groups of society. This includes people that have experienced homelessness due to current challenges in the housing market or those who have been identified as having housing and additional support needs.
Assessment of Needs:
We conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific needs of each resident, ensuring tailored support that addresses their unique challenges. Once we have received a referral, we assess the individuals support need via a face-to-face interview.
Housing Support:
We assist our residents in applying for housing benefits and liaise with local councils to secure necessary support and referrals.
Skill Development:
Our programs focus on equipping residents with essential daily living skills, knowledge on how to maintain a tenancy and preparation for transition to long-term independent housing.
