FIELD VERIFICATION SERVICES: include Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls as-building on P & ID drawings, various types of electrical drawings, area class drawings and Shutdown keys for various clients.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: representing Shell Canada on multiple small projects at Shell Jumping Pound Gas plant. Project management role included development of engineering and construction schedules, DBM documents, engineering scope of work, field investigation and scoping, and preparation of all bid packages for presentation to engineering companies. Bid reviews, awards and kick-off meetings, weekly man hour reports, cost reports.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: representing Hayward Gordon on multiple mechanical pump systems, including methanol pump injection systems.
ENGINEERING: Recently worked on design of Methanol injection skids for Shell Carmon Creek plant in Alberta. Molten Sulphur Injection pump skid for Asphalt plant in Montreal. Molten Sulphur pump study work.
AUTOMATION: PLC programming in-house for client in Montreal.
CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT AND COMMISSIONING: Construction support at Husky Sunrise. Construction electrical support at Cenovus Foster Creek. Commissioning & Start-up support for Molten Sulphur injection pump skid in Montreal.
