Jobbed! is the brainchild of ex-industry professionals who themselves experienced significant frustration in having to sift through voluminous amounts of resumes, all of which were presented differently from candidates often not qualified or suited to the role.
They’d also heard numerous tails of woe from candidates, who by not receiving any feedback (positive or negative) to their applications, were just bombarding the system with multiple applications indiscriminately.
