We exist to help individuals navigate the emotional weight of unemployment, job search fatigue and burnout. Through our safe, uplifting spaces including venting sessions, wellness check-ins, and guided conversations, jobseekers are encouraged to pause, reflect and rebuild their confidence.
But we don’t stop there. JVF also advocates for fair, transparent and compassionate hiring practices that honor the dignity of every candidate.
