Since the 1980s, John Addison has dedicated his life to navigating the choppy waters of business, emerging on the other side of the storm with insight that cannot be replicated. In his nearly 30 years with Primerica, John has played a lead role in shaping the culture of Primerica while navigating a tedious break from Citigroup that skyrocketed profits and made National headlines in 2010.
Now “rewired” after his tenure with Primerica, John is giving his time and energy to Addison Leadership Group, INC. Today, John shares the definition of authentic leadership through keynotes, consulting, and his best-selling book, Real Leadership: 9 Simple Practices for Leading and Living with Purpose.
