Johnson County Fiber Network, LLC is the partnership of Johnson County REMC and NineStar Communications. The partnership was brought about when Johnson Count REMC installed over 100 miles of fiber in the area, but needed the help of a company with a logistic and technical background, this is where NineStar Communication came in.
