How joinaQ™ Works Users access joinaQ™ through any of the following channels: ● The joinaQ™ mobile app ● The joinaQ™ website ● WhatsApp ● Company websites displaying the joinaQ™ website ● Or kiosks at specific locations Users then book a time slot at any of the participating brands and receive digital tickets. joinaQ™ will then hold their place for them until they arrive at their previously desired location and time. joinaQ™ will automatically provide users with assistance such as what time to leave their current location for their booking according to traffic in real-time, real-time notifications, and alerts. joinaQ™ will track both business and user notifying each party should the other not be running on time, offering up solution such as the new best available time. This complex process is handled by autonomous AI-driven system. When users arrive joinaQ™ will guide the user, step-by-step if required, including introductions to the agent that will be serving them, check-in on arrival and directions to a service point.
