After the shared win in the international idea competition of Hiedanranta in 2017 Kasmir Jolma founded his own architecture office Jolma Architects. After building an international team and completing multiple urban design projects Kasmir joined forces with Henri Käpynen in 2022 and co-founded TUNDRA in 2023 as a continuation to the success of Jolma Architects.
