I am a Philadelphia-area based Architect, licensed in 18 states, with more than 40 years experience in the practice of Architecture, including more than 30 years as a principal at Space Design Incorporated.
My focus is to use my experience to your advantage by adding value to your building though the intelligent application of knowledge, skill and a thorough understanding of Design, Building Codes, Technology and Construction. Over the past 30+ years, I have designed and / or managed the Documentation and Contract Administration of more than $1.5 billion worth of construction involving more than 50 million square feet.
I have worked as a Designer, Drafter, Project Manager, Architect of Record and Project Executive in numerous assignments, including Master Planning for both Philadelphia International and Reagan National Airports; the Philadelphia Staock Exchange; Philadelphia high rise office buildings; the Meadowlands Sports Complex; and residences in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New Hampshire and New York.
