The Jordan Dates Association (JODA) is a non-profit and non-shareholding organization that utilizes all its revenues to serve the association's objectives. Its primary goal is to promote and develop the date palm sector along the value chain in Jordan.
Since its establishment in 2005, the Jordan Dates Association (JODA) has acted as a facilitator for investment in the Jordanian dates sector through capacity building, training, and awareness raising accelerating the development and growth of the sector. This has been achieved through the transfer of knowledge, networking the exchange of experiences, and creating the spirit of competition and participation in relevant local, regional and international events that are organized by the association with the support of partners.
