Jordan Kutev Architect Inc. [JKA] is an innovative Architectural practice based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada with a reputation for inspired, high-performance buildings and sustainable developments. We are proud to be known as a well diversified practice – one that offers practical solutions to a multitude of design and construction related issues as evidenced by our portfolio of past projects of varying size, scope and complexity. We believe that problem solving can only begin once a problem has been properly identified. Our design ideas and concepts are borne from a distinctive “problem-seeking approach” that involves posing a series of unique, yet relevant questions to each and every project. The final answers and design solutions are drawn only after tirelessly interviewing and gathering input from all of the stakeholders. A project’s final defining scheme is a direct collaboration between the clients’s building aspirations and our extensive knowledge of building typology and context.
