Joy Rejuvenates CIC is a social enterprise rooted in the belief that joy, rest, and connection are powerful tools for healing. We offer holistic wellbeing practices as tools to help centre the body, honour the nervous system, and invite individuals to reclaim joy in accessible, embodied ways.
Our core offerings include:
🌿 Laughter Therapy: using intentional laughter, breath, and gentle movement to support emotional release, reduce stress, and nurture the nervous system.
🧘🏾♀️ Mindfulness-Based Practices: including meditation, grounding techniques, and compassion-led group work, designed to meet people where they are and offer space to slow down, listen in, and feel safe in their bodies.
We create spaces online and in-person that centre warmth, and care, especially for those who are often left out of mainstream wellness conversations. As a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Nottingham, our work is guided by a commitment to collective wellbeing, inclusion, and joyful resistance to burnout culture.
