Candidate for U.S. Congress (MD-03) in the 2024 Democratic Primary. Juan is a graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point ('89) and is a Gulf War Veteran. Juan's parents emigrated from Cuba to America as teenagers and have instilled in him the value of hard work and the signifcance of democracy and freedom in America. He resides near Annapolis, MD with his wife and two boys. In his spare time he's run 11 marathons and enjoys coaching youth baseball.
