Jubilee sources and acquires direct real estate investment opportunities which are either wholly owned by group or in partnership with its affiliated investor base. Jubilee typically adopts a core-plus and value-added approach to investing in real estate by selecting assets which have limited downside risk and the potential to generate strong risk-weighted returns through active asset management, repositioning and capital growth in our target markets in the UK and US. We focus on cities with strong fundamentals in population growth, employment prospects, industrial diversification and transportation links and typically seeks to invest in well located, defensible office, industrial and residential assets.
