Wij zorgen er samen voor dat we verwachtingen overtreffen zodat elke klant binnenkomt in een gastvrije Jumbo waar klantgerichte collega’s ervoor zorgen dat als men onze Jumbo weer verlaat zij ook de volgende keer weer onze Jumbo verkiest boven alle andere supermarkten.

Onze klanten zijn onze fans. We creëren onze fans door elke dag de verwachtingen te overtreffen en een stap extra te zetten. Kan niet? Kan wel! Het is niet of of maar en en. We gaan uit van mogelijkheden en kansen.
Ook onze collega’s zijn onze fans. We bieden een uitdagende werkomgeving waarbij ontwikkelen en presteren hoog op de agenda staan. We werken elke dag aan onweerstaanbaar werkgeverschap en maken daarmee van onze collega’s échte fans.

We love food! Bij onze Jumbo’s draait het om de foodexperience waarbij we ruime keuze en goede kwaliteit combineren met scherpe prijzen. Hiermee maken we lekker en gezond eten voor iedereen makkelijk en bereikbaar. We volgen de formule waar het moet, wijken af waar het mag en doen iets bijzonders waar het kan.
Future
Vanuit de overtuiging dat het altijd beter, anders en goedkoper kan, hebben wij de drive om iedere dag het onmogelijke mogelijk te maken. Daarom bouwen wij continu aan een ondernemende, gezonde en betrokken organisatie die gericht is op de klant en klaar is voor de toekomst.
