The Junior Division believes for the participation of youth in social activities, to be vital in today’s world. The formation of Junior Division came with a shared common goal to help all the young talented individuals gain a platform, allowing them to participate in giving back to the community,while fostering their inner leaders with skills to achieve great achievements. We believe all such participants have a beautiful uniqueness attached to them, enabling leadership abilities, problem-solving and decision making skills like no other, which is why we refer to each and every one of them as “champions”.
Champions are high achievers, who show active participation in the missions of JD. They are the backbone of JD, with strong commitments and consistency to contribute for a positive change within our surroundings, ultimately leading to positive efforts done for the nation as a whole. With entering the organization, champions are given proper sets of rules and regulations to follow, in order to smoothly implement every project held by their respective clubs. They are expected to commit themselves towards JD and youth development.
