Aiming to be a part of the O.V.A Community Solution, we impart the Imperative & Legislative Knowledge to understand the function and use of the Force Continuum and associated Legislation (a universal scale of force alternatives ranging from Verbal De-escalation to Physical Resolution) Our force continuum training is vital for frontline employees to confidently deal with conflict, hostility and aggressive conduct in a professional manner, including for Mixed Martial Artists & Contact Sports Professionals, to encourage and stimulate their professional development opportunities to be a part of the next generation recruitment drive of frontline professionals, as well as assisting lawful use of force during training or competition or out when out in the community. Our services are conducted on client preferred premises (On-Site) and may be Tax-deductible under professional development. A training room can be provided at a central location if required (fees may apply) We believe the cost of professional development is far cheaper than the cost of re training new staff, product loss or legal counsel.
