I founded Just Different in 2009. Today Just Different is a network of 13 independent consultants, all specialists in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), united by shared values and a common approach. We leverage the collective experience and unique skillsets of our members to offer comprehensive support across all dimensions of D&I.
Our areas of expertise include racism, gender transition, LGBTQ+ inclusion, disability, gender diversity, sexism, generational diversity, inclusive management, inclusive and non-discriminatory recruitment practices, and intercultural communication and management. We were among the first to introduce training on microaggressions, and our mission goes beyond raising awareness—we aim to drive meaningful behavioural and cultural change.
In addition to delivering training and keynote presentations, we also facilitate panel discussions, conduct audits, provide coaching, and develop tailored e-learning solutions.
