Just show up brings people together and makes workouts accessible for everyone. We're a 100% Free Movement Community, our mission is to build a crowing outdoor fitness community that inspires and motivates individuals of all backgrounds, all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to set their morning alarm, get out of their beds and get their bodies in motion. Newbies, rookies, oldies, couch potatoes, runners, athletes and wannabe fitness cracks just looking to kickstart their healthy life choices. Come as you are, no matter who you are, where you are from, or what fitness level you are at, we want you to show up completely as you are. At our community, everyone is valued and respected, and we celebrate the diversity of our members as a strength, regardless of their fitness level, age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or political beliefs, and expect all our community members to appreciate that diversity.
