The idea for the Just Ask Mia Chatbot originated in 2019 from a group of family and child well-being advocates , practitioners, decision-makers, and community members with lived experience. The group identified the Chatbot as a great way to meet Arizona families where they are and provide them with the resources they need to keep their families safe and thriving. Valley Leadership’s Impact Maker alongside Together for Arizona, Botco, Family Involvement Center and 211, established a formal partnership to build and activate the Chatbot which has been active since the summer of 2024.
