JVis Consulting founded in 2020 , provides workforce development strategies for organizations seeking to include returning citizens within their workforce. We integrate reentry and employment strategies to create a workforce plan for your organization. James E. Davis, Jr, the founder of JVis Consulting has over 7 years of experience as the executive director of Becoming One Community working with the previously incarcerated population (returning citizens). He has developed the curriculum, facilitated and orchestrated job readiness workshops, and collaborated with other organizations to create opportunities for returning citizens in the metropolitan Houston area. During his tutelage at Becoming One Community, he has provided reentry services to 1000+ individuals in the southeastern Texas region, either directly or indirectly.
