Wij zijn Kachelspecialist van Walsem, een familiebedrijf die teruggaat tot 1932. Ons doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klant niet alleen warmte ervaart van onze haard of kachel, maar ook van ons als bedrijf.
Om deze warmte te creëren hebben we een eigen montage-, service- en onderhoudsteam. Zo komt de klant altijd in contact met eigen personeel. Als team hebben we hart voor onze zaak en dat is te zien in onze werkwijze bij het adviseren en bij het plaatsen van de haard of kachel.
Bij het adviseren investeren wij tijd in de klant en geven wij advies die gefundeerd is op jaren van ervaring. Voordat wij een prijs berekenen willen we bij de klant thuis, indien mogelijk, de situatie bekeken hebben.
Bij de montage houden we ons niet bezig met tijd, want wij gaan voor kwaliteit. Daarnaast hebben wij door de jaren heen contacten opgebouwd, waardoor we een totaaloplossing kunnen bieden. Van kachel t/m verbouwing.
Wij willen het beste voor onze klanten en daarom zijn we geen prijsvechter. We hebben bijvoorbeeld alleen gekozen voor de A-merken in de haardenbranche.
Deze dingen en nog veel meer doen wij met als doel dat de klant bij ons, als bedrijf, warmte ervaart.
