Kacper KACPA Lachowicz has been the co-host of Marcin Gortat Camp since 2010 - the most popular Polish series of trainings for children and youth originated by the only Pole in the worlds best league- the NBA. In 2013, together with Neals Meyer, he co-hosted the first Junior NBA clinic in Poland.
On everyday basis, he coaches juniors at Wisła Kraków. Additional practice in the USA and constant striving for improvement contribute to developing his coaching workshop. He is the only Pole to have taken part in Ganon Baker's clinic - world's best specialist in individual basketball coaching (he worked among others with LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul, Vince Carter, Amare Stoudamire).
Kacper Lachowicz enriched his experience as assistant to main coach of Wisła Kraków team, as well as junior team. He specializes in individual training, focusing on perfecting the basics, often underestimated by coaches and players. In his opinion, it is the fundamentals that give the basis for developing more demanding skills. He also pays attention to players' mentality and tries to help them work on appropriate approach towards sport and life in general.
The first Kacpa Camp was organized in January 2014 in Poland and it was a huge success! Since then he’s invited to conduct the camps for different age groups by Polish and foreign clubs who appreciated his knowledge, his coaching experience and his great spirit.
Besides transfer of basketball knowledge Kacper pays attention to the motivation of young players and their focus on achieving their objectives.
He helps changing people's attitude to sport, which, also influences other aspects of the day-to-day life.
