Instead of using a one-size-fits-all model, we tailor each solution to meet the unique needs of each client, it takes a little longer, but I believe the end result to be far superior. Retainer-based Occupational Health and Safety Support Our retainer model has become a cornerstone of our offerings. Many clients were previously paying for individual services ; policies, programs, training, etc. which quickly added up, and for smaller/medium sized companies, it just didn’t make sense. Our retainer structure provides access to all of the above services under a single, predictable fee. Whether you need JSAs one week and a training program the next, it’s all included. No hourly rates or surprise invoices!
