"The inspiration for my first batch of sausage rolls? A lifelong desire to belong. Because who doesn't want to be part of the group? Especially when mouthwatering snacks are on the menu.
Picture this: little Kadir, always angling for a bite. But more often then not, I can't join in. I watch from the sidelines at friends' houses. Family get-togethers. Birthday parties.
So I roll up my sleeves and get down to business. I study the butchers and bakers in Den Bosch (my hometown). Mum weighs in, and after much trial and error I've got a winning recipe. A totally authentic Brabantian sausage roll with a little extra spice. Irresistible, if I do say so myself.
Fortunately, nearly everyone agrees. Today our sausage and frikandel rolls, pizzas and other snacks are sold at supermarkets around the Netherlands and Belgium. Hundreds of thousands of happy snackers make a beeline for my face on in the halal section.

I used to dream of a sausage roll for everyone.
Because I couldn't find that anywhere, I decided to develop it myself. I went to visit all the bakers and butchers in the neighbourhood to pick up the art. Thousands of manually folded sausage rolls and countless taste tests later, I'd done it: I'd found the ultimate recipe.
I'm proud to present Kadir's sausage roll, made with 100% beef and freshly baked at our North Brabant bakery every day. Just as tasty as the traditional sausage roll. A dream that came true!
Since then, my range has expanded to include more products, and the rolls and steamed buns, pitabread are for sale in more and more places. I give the beef or chicken my own twist, as I love tasty spices. That means Kadir Food has something for everyone. I'm proud of that, as that's where it all began: Food for everyone!
