We are a female and Caribbean owned virtual mental health practice serving clients living in Massachusetts, Maryland and Washington D.C. Our practice was founded in 2023 and created to provide culturally affirming & inclusive care for Black, Caribbean & those from the African Diaspora. While we specialize in serving these communities our services are open & welcoming to everyone, regardless of identity, because we believe mental health care should be accessible, inclusive, and affirming for all.
We integrate culturally relevant practices with evidence-based therapies to create a safe and empowering space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whether navigating personal challenges, systemic stressors, or life transitions, our goal is to provide compassionate care that honors the whole person, every individual’s story and supports their journey to wellness.
