Kalti is a hard cheese with a strong aroma. It has a centuries-old history and is produced in the mountainous region of Georgia - Tusheti.
The construction of Kalti cheese factory started in February 2022 and the first batch of cheese was produced in April 2023.
Currently, the enterprise produces Imeruli, Sulgun and factory cheeses from Georgian cheeses, in the future it is planned to produce European cheeses as well.
