Kandit d.o.o. works systematically to meet the needs and wishes of our consumers by providing high quality products, to create a motivating working environment for our employees and to ensure an adequate return for our shareholders. Our activities include: development, production and sale of chocolate and candy products. Through our activities we are improving: the range and quality of our products, the efficiency of our business processes, the quality of our relationships with customers and suppliers, and the quality of our relationship with our employees. Development of new strategic knowledge, professional education and continual attention to our personnel are also part of our quality policy. For this purpose, Kandit utilises an internationally recognized quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000. Kandit d.o.o. pays systematic attention to the health and safety standards of our products in accordance with Croatian legislation, and legislation of the EU and other countries with whom we do business. Within the framework of our quality management system we carry out internal controls based on HACCP principles with the aim of ensuring the production of healthy products and the protection of the health of our consumers. Since 2008. within the framework of our quality management system we have introduced the International Food Standard (IFS) with the aim of being listed among the suppliers of the EU member states.
