بینایه مأموریت سازمان کاشفان استعداد پرورشگران اندیشه ما نسلی هستیم که در عصر تحولات که در عصر تحولات پر شتاب علم و فناوری و ارتباطات گسترده امروز، به جای رویایرویی فعال و هدفمند با مسائل و چالش هایمان، عادت به گریز از آن ها یا سپردن این مسائل به دست روش های منفعلانه مرسوم و متدوال داریم. ما معتقدیم جسارت رویارویی با مشکلات و حل آن ها را می توان آموزش داد. بنابراین با یکدیگر متعهد شده ایم تا به صورت داوطلبانه و غیر انتفاعی از طریق گسترش تفکر خلاق، صحیح و اخلاقی و ترویج ابداع و به کار گیری روش های نو، آحاد جامعه، به خصوص افراد مرتبط با نظام آموزشی، را یاری کنیم تا جامعه ای متعالی، بر پایه آرمان آزاد اندیشی، تفکر و خلاقیت بسازیم. لذا از آن جا که به قدرت اراده آگاهانه و مستقل تک تک افراد به خصوص در جامعه آرمان گرای دانشجویی در مسیر تعالی ایمان داریم، بر آنیم تا با ایجاد انگیزه مناسب، توانمندسازی، حمایت و مشارکت حداکثری از افراد با اخلاق، متعهد و دغدغه مند به طور موثر استفاده کنیم KAPA (Discoverers of Talent, Boosters of thoughts) is a non-profitable, non-governmental organization comprised mostly of the university students. We believe that the courage to confront and to solve the problems can be taught. So we are voluntarily committed to build a society based on Free Thinking and Creativity by means of spreading the creative and ethical thinking, promote Innovation to our community, especially those involved with the educational system.
