In 1974, after years of scientific research based on stabilization of oxygen, Dr Paul Herzog came up with a formula, never discovered before, based on two leading innovations :
- encapsulating and stabilising the oxygen molecule in an emulsion
- a formulation enabling oxygen contained within an emulsion, to be released as gas upon contact with the skin, thus generating pressure to deliver the oxygen deep within the dermis.
To date, no other skincare brand can claim an equal level of active oxygen expertise in either research or cosmetic application. In addition to worldwide patents registered by the Herzog family, the production process remains a secret that no one has been able to reproduce.
Thanks to its disinfecting, hypoallergenic and hydrating features, active oxygen (combined with other actives) assists in normalizing the functions of the epidermis and thus, suits all skin types.
