After the success with KASAI, the idea of KASAI Kitchin was born.
Kitchin – small kitchen I Japanese, are smaller, more vibrant restaurants that offer the same standard, quality and atmosphere as our bigger siblings, but in a more accessible and simplified format.
The guests should recognize themselves in the atmosphere and feel our focus on the Japanese spirit, the presentation of the dishes and the carefully selected ingredients.
