Kashala & Partners Quantity Surveyors Incorporated (KPQS Inc) is a young, but capable 100% Namibian, black female owned quantity surveying practice. The firm is established in January 2021 by Principal Partner Sister Kashala. KPQS provides specialised financial and contractual services and advice to clients in the building, construction, infrastructure, engineering and property industries. KPQS combines traditional quantity surveying skills with extensive knowledge in property and construction industry to bring technical excellence by accurately and diligently providing solutions across all sectors of the built environment. Our vision is to become the estimable quantity surveying firm in Namibia by extending beyond traditional and standard quantity surveying to provide pioneering property, construction and infrastructure development consulting services to all our clients.
