Our commitment to high performance construction and remodeling can produce homes that are healthier, require less maintenance, have the potential of being more energy efficient and provide more day to day comfort. The Universal Design principles that we incorporate and encourage allow our homeowners to live more comfortably and longer in their homes. Age isn't always the reason someone has to move out of their home. Accidents happen and cause long term difficulty in living independently. Our goal is for the "Katz Team" to not only create delighted homeowners but also for our homes to live more gently on the earth, leaving a better place when we are finished. Our homes range in size from a comfortable 2400 sq ft to all of 24,000 sq ft of framing of which 17,000 is conditioned. As VP of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service, my responsibility is to work with our clients to help them through the architectural design and selection phase as well as all the customer services aspect of our company. Working with clients and helping their vision become a dream come true is very fulfilling. Our client's homes have also received numerous awards for design, sustainability and energy efficiency allowing them to be both in the AIA and Cool House Tours for the City of Austin.
