• Vertical Integration With Plywood Factory
Since we have a plywood & veneer factory subsidiary that has obtained
CARB phase 2 certificate, it enables us to maximize our competitive
advantage in material quality and cost efficiency through the availability of
cost-effective labor and material.
• Our Kiln Dry Chambers Capacity
We have 16 chambers of Kiln Dry with 1500 m3/ month capacity. The
maximum humidity of our furniture are 12%, so it is free from termites. All
wood materials in Kayu Lima Utama have been kiln dried in our own oven
until the humidity reaches 6%.
• Sustainable Resources
We have strength in the location of production as well as the convenience of
getting raw material. To make sure that we obtain our materials from legal
and sustainable sources. We distribute albasia wood seeds to our wood
suppliers that later we re-purchase the wood products.
