KC Compliance Consultant Group was founded in St. Louis, MO in 2015 by Kiauna "K.C." Carbin. KC worked for several years with the City of St. Louis, in the Homeless Services Division as Compliance Officer and Program Manager. Now residing in Florida, she is actively manages all homeless related program and services for Seminole County Government, as Homeless Solutions Officer.
The single mission for KC Compliance Consultant Group is: to assist CoC's, subrecipients and homeless services providers with successfully implementing and carrying out ground-breaking services, making homelessness rare, brief and non-reoccurring. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes when reviewing current programs, funding allocations, and homeless strategies.
